Device & Registration Compliance Policy

At Hola Prime, we are committed to maintaining a trading environment built on fairness, transparency, and account security. To ensure equal participation for all traders and to prevent misuse, every participant must follow the compliance rules outlined below regarding registration, device access, and network usage. Failure to comply with this policy may result in account review, restrictions, or further compliance action.

Device Usage Policy: All trading activity on Hola Prime must be conducted only on personally owned devices.

Approved Device Usage 

You may log in to your Hola Prime account from any personal device that you own, including your desktop, laptop, or mobile device. Using different internet connections is acceptable, provided your login activity remains consistent with your normal trading behavior. 

To protect account integrity, our systems may review:

• Multiple accounts operating from a single network or IP address.

• Login activity that indicates unrealistic or inconsistent changes in geographic location. 

• Devices that appear to be associated with several different traders.

Device Verification (CID)

In addition to IP monitoring, Hola Prime may assign a unique Computer Identifier (CID) to help verify that each account is being operated by its registered owner.

The following practices are strictly prohibited:

• Trading from another trader’s device, even on a temporary basis

• Sharing laptops, desktops, tablets, or mobile phones with other traders

• Accessing a Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Account from a device associated with another participant.

Using personal devices helps safeguard account access, prevents unauthorized activity, and preserves a fair trading environment for all participants. Even if the other person is a friend, family member, or colleague, device sharing is considered a direct breach of account integrity and may result in compliance action.

Network & Connection Guidelines

Hola Prime allows traders flexibility in how they connect to the platform. Participants may log in and trade using different internet sources, such as Home or office Wi-Fi networks, Mobile data connections, or Public internet networks.

However, all connections must meet the following requirements:

• The IP address must not originate from a restricted country

• VPN usage is permitted only if it does not route through restricted regions

These measures are in place to ensure:

• Strong account security

• Fair trading conditions across all participants

• Prevention of unauthorized, suspicious, or duplicate access

Restricted Region Policy

Hola Prime applies strict country-based access restrictions to comply with regulatory and platform requirements.

Accessing an account from a restricted region, either directly or via VPN routing, may trigger a compliance review.

-Continued access from restricted locations may result in account termination.

Participants are strongly advised to review the Restricted Countries List before trading to avoid any unintentional violations.

Compliance Monitoring & Official Communication

Compliance with this policy is mandatory throughout the entire trading period. If a violation or irregular activity is detected, the account will be directly breached. Hola Prime may also contact the trader via an official email from the relevant department to request additional information or supporting documentation as part of its review. Participants must respond directly to the email with any required explanation or supporting documents within the timeframe mentioned in the email. Failure to respond appropriately will lead to account termination.

Account Registration

Each participant is permitted to register only one account, using:

• One email address

• One unique device

• One consistent IP/network identity

Multiple registrations, duplicate participation, or device-sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
